Marketplace rules

Who can use WARDMARKET

• Only verified staff of our partner hospitals can buy or sell.
• Sellers must be vouched for by an existing verified seller.

Not allowed

• Medicines, drugs, injections and medical items (including equipment, consumables and anything taken from hospital stock).
• Counterfeit or fake branded goods.
• Anything illegal, stolen or unsafe.
• Food that is not freshly and hygienically prepared.
• Posting misleading prices, photos or descriptions.

Good conduct

• Be respectful in chats. Harassment leads to suspension.
• Do not sell or chat during duty hours. Reply to messages outside your shift so patient care and hospital management are not disturbed.
• Meet in safe, public places such as the gate or canteen. Never trade in wards or clinical areas.
• Only mark an item as sold to the person who really bought it. Reviews come from confirmed purchases.

Trade at your own risk

WARDMARKET only connects hospital staff. Price, payment, delivery and pickup are agreed privately between buyer and seller. WARDMARKET does not process payments, hold money or deliver goods, and is not responsible for what members agree. Inspect items before you pay.

Reports and removal

Use the Report button on any listing or shop. Admins may remove listings, suspend accounts or end memberships that break these rules.
