How WARDMARKET uses your information

What we collect: your name, email, hospital, phone/WhatsApp number, staff ID number and a photo of your staff ID. Sellers also give a guarantor's details and ID photo. We also keep your listings, chats, reviews and reports.

Why: to confirm you are real hospital staff, keep the marketplace trusted, let buyers and sellers contact each other, and handle complaints.

Who sees it: your ID photos and guarantor details are seen only by WARDMARKET admins, and every time an admin opens one it is logged. Other members see only your name, hospital and shop details, and, through the WhatsApp button, your number.

How long we keep it: while your account is active and for 12 months after it is closed, in case of disputes or fraud checks. After that it is deleted.

Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, subject to the retention period above, by contacting the WARDMARKET admin team.

We do not sell your information or share it with third parties, except where the law requires.
